Return policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations prior to shipment or production, in which case a full refund will be issued. However, once a product has been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept product returns within 14 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer. Customers will be charged a maximum of one shipping fee (including returns), and no restocking fees will be applied to any return.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method or credit card within a specific timeframe.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first re-check your bank account. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Then, reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing delay. If you have completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
