At Zayavibe, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
2. Eligible Countries / Regions
We accept returns from the United States.
3. Return Conditions
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective (unwanted) items, provided they meet the following criteria:
Condition: Items must be in new or "gently used" condition (e.g., tried on for fit but not worn out).
Quality: Items must be free from stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer.
Completeness: Original packaging, tags, and accessories should be included where applicable.
Exclusions: We cannot accept items that show signs of heavy use, alterations, or damage sustained after delivery (unless the damage was present upon arrival).
4. Exchanges
To keep our process efficient, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. This ensures you get your new favorite piece as quickly as possible!
5. How to Start Your Return
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:
Request: Email us at SajedaZaga@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Instructions: You will receive a return instruction email. Please note that we do not provide prepaid return labels; customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
Pack & Ship: Securely pack your item(s)—in original packaging if possible—and ship them to the address provided in our instructions.
Tracking: Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking number. CalaVibe is not liable for return packages lost in transit.
📦 Note on Costs: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or a fulfillment error on our part.
6. Restocking Fee
No restocking fee – you will receive a full refund of the product price (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or our error).
7. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–10 business days to display the refund in your account.
If the return is lost in transit due to untracked shipping, or if the returned item does not meet our condition guidelines (e.g., excessive use), we may not be able to approve the refund.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and cover the return shipping costs. After verification, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping fees).
