Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Processing time includes: order verification, picking, packing, and handover to YunExpress.
Cut-off time: 18:00 (GMT+08:00, China Standard Time / Shanghai time) each business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
2.We ship to the United States via YunExpress.
3. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time: 12 – 20 business days (Monday to Friday delivery, excluding weekends and public holidays in the destination country).
Delivery time is calculated from the date YunExpress actually picks up the package, and does not include order processing time.
📦 Example: If you place an order before 18:00 on Monday, it takes 2 days to process, and the package is handed over on Wednesday. You can expect delivery within 12–20 business days after Wednesday.
Please note: Customs clearance, holidays, or force majeure may cause additional delays. Such situations are not covered by our delivery commitment.
4. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
Order total < US$80.00: Fixed shipping fee of US$16.46 per order
Order total ≥ US$80.00: Free shipping
All shipping fees are in USD and do not include any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may be charged by the destination country.
5. Order Tracking Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email featuring your YunExpress tracking number. You can monitor your shipment directly on the [YunExpress Official Website] or through the tracking link provided in your email. Note: Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to sync once the carrier has scanned your package.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to import duties, VAT, or local customs fees upon arrival in the destination country:
All customs-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We do not collect or cover these fees.
Customs policies vary by country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
If the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or fails to cooperate with customs clearance, resulting in the package being returned, abandoned, or destroyed, the order amount and any paid shipping fees will not be refunded.
7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If a package is delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be held responsible.
If a package is returned to us by YunExpress due to an incorrect address, we can assist with reshipping. You will be required to pay a re-shipping fee of US$16.46.
If a package is returned because the recipient fails to pick it up in time or refuses delivery, the same re-shipping fee applies before we can resend the package.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days after the expected delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim with YunExpress.
If the outer packaging is visibly damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you inspect the package immediately. If the product is damaged, refuse delivery and contact us right away (please provide photos and videos).
Damage or missing items reported after the package has been signed for are very difficult to verify and may not be eligible for compensation. Please inspect your package upon delivery.
9. Delivery Delays – Disclaimer
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
Customs inspection or clearance backlogs in the destination country
Severe weather, natural disasters, or pandemic‑related restrictions
Strikes, war, or terrorist acts
Carrier (YunExpress) system failures or peak‑season volume surges
Incorrect contact information or address provided by the customer
10. Returns & Refunds
For returns and refunds, please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping costs for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size) are the responsibility of the buyer. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
11. Changes to This Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly. For significant changes, we may notify you via email or a website notice. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
